Registration Form

1. Please complete the form below, clearly indicating the category or categories of entry for which the applicant is being considered. Please note that to submit the form, you must click “Save” after completing the additional contacts section of the form.
2. Candidates with a history or current medical or special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) must notify us on the registration form and forward the corroborating report by email to admissions@sarumhallschool.co.uk. Our Admissions Policy and Special Educational Needs and Disability Act (SENDA) Accessibility Plan can be found here.
3. Please enter details for anyone with parental responsibility for the child.
4. Pay the registration fee of £100 (non-refundable) per child to ensure that your child is registered. Please note that we do not require a registration fee for waiting list applications.

I/We agree to this information being held until such time as the above-named child is no longer of an age to apply for a place at the School, or until I/we request that our personal data no longer be retained.
